Paying your rent, providing for your loved ones, clearing your cache. It's good that we understand the important things in life. Now, because I assume most of us have the first two downpat, let's talk about clearing your cache and what it does for you in relation to mySBR products.
Something not loading, or functioning like normal? Don't panic just yet, it might not be a glitch worth reporting. First try clearing your cache.
To clear your cache on Internet Explorer,
1.) Once your browser is open, click Tools, then select Internet Options. 2.) Under browsing history, click Delete. 3.) In the new window, click Delete Files next to Temporary Internet Files.

To clear your cache on Firefox 1.) Once your browser is open, click Tools, then Clear Private Data. 2.) Select Cache. 3.) Click Clear Private Data Now.
On older versions of FireFox, click Tools->Options->Privacy and select Clear Now.

Now then, you are armed with the knowledge of clearing your cache! If you notice anything glitchy after clearing your cache, let us know and we'll get right on it!

First things first Before getting into the neat features and other fun ways to take
advantage of your personalized profile pages, lets first go over how to
access your page.
- Accessing your page: yourusername.mysbrforum.com
- CrazyL
would be 'crazylou.mysbrforum.com'. For names with underscores in them,
simply type the text only version of their name. SBR_John is
sbrjohn.mysbrforum.com.
Now that we know how to access our
mySBR profile pages, lets take a further look at the different kinds of
features offered in our totally free profile hangouts.
- Blogging: Are you the type of person that has a Myspace, Livejournal, or Facebook
page? If so, with mySBR you can make use of the same blogging
abilities, access a 'blog tree' of previous entries, sort by calendar
date and much more. Here are some pictures to help familiarize you with
a basic interface of the blogging tool.

- Play Tracking: Not a whiz with Excel? No sweat! We've completely simplified the pick
tracking aspect for you, and even tally your W/L % and unit +\- for
you. All that's required of you is entering the plays and selecting the
sport! Wagering on a sport not listed? No sweat, simply highlight the
League tab and type whatever you want in! Complete customization is
right at your finger tips, here are some pictures to help become
acquainted with the spreadsheet feature.
Fill all fields out as required; when the play is over simply click the 'Win', 'Loss', or 'Push' tab. Sounds easy enough, right? Let's take it one step further and get you familiar with how to share your spreadsheet picks in the forum. Remember earlier we talked about how to access your mySBR page? Go to it. Step one CrazyL goes to crazyl.mysbrforum.com. Step Two Click the "Add Content" button with green sign. These buttons allow you
to add what we call 'modules' to your page. A module is basically your
pages interior decorator, we have a module for all features offered. Step Three Click the "My Plays module", and a window of your spreadsheet plays
will automatically be added to your page (as pictured below). Notice at the very bottom of the spreadsheet module window, you'll see
a "+" sign. This is used to add the dropdown menu where you can copy
and paste the [spreadsheet] code. That's all you need to enter into a
post to display your spreadsheet!
- Multimedia: Going back to the "Add Content" buttons, you can add a Youtube video,
SBR TV video, and even upload Photos! You can prioritize the module
categories as seen below.
Image Hosting: Host up to 3MB pictures on our fast, user friendly, and efficient photo album! Upload as many pictures as you want at once! Want a picture bigger or smaller? Simply click the Photo links and
copy/paste the size of your choosing in the forum as pictured below! Thanks for taking a look at some of the cool features mySBR has to
offer. There are plenty more to be explored but we'll leave some of
that adventure up to you. There are many more gadgets, networking
options, and design options to completely personalize your page to your
liking. If you have any questions, comments, or feedback please feel
free.

Last night we made a few changes to MySBR. I just want to say hanks to
everyone who has been reporting bugs they find to us, this really helps making MySBR

a new module we added called "My Plays" all you have to do is add
this module to your page and all of the picks you make on the spreadsheet and
the homepage will be updated automatically. On another note, you may have noticed that you now have the ability to upload
your personal photos on MySBR. Below is a more complete list of bug fixes and
